-The exchange must be completed within 30 days.

-We offer instant exchange options at the beginning of the exchange. If you choose this option, we will immediately send your exchange. By selecting this option, you authorize us to return the original item without using the generated shipping label within 14 days, and we will charge a fee through your payment method.

-Alternatively, you can choose the standard exchange option and we will send you a new pair immediately upon receiving the one you want to return, with the label still on, clean, and in a sellable condition.

-We will pay for the shipping cost of the new product, and you are responsible for purchasing the label through our return portal to ship the product you want to exchange back to us. Simple and easy to implement.

Return and refund procedures:
